It all started when the Jakubeks received a new book for Christmas, The Wine-Tasting Class, Expertise in 12 Tastings, by Judy Ridgway. Most of the wine club members worked together at the time, and conversations soon started up about using the book to do our own wine classes. And that was how the club was formed...
